This includes developing and implementing a creative vision, overseeing the creation of marketing and campaign materials, and managing a team of designers and creative professionals. The Washington, District Of Columbia Campaign Political Creative Director will also be responsible for collaborating with other campaign or organization staff to ensure that creative materials align with campaign or advocacy goals and messaging.
Roles/Duties:
- Conceptualize and design creative materials for political campaigns, including direct mail, digital media, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with campaign teams to develop effective messaging and visual strategies.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
