Job Description:

✅ The fundraising scheduling assistant part time will be located in Desoto, TX is responsible for supporting the fundraising efforts of a leading, undisclosed Fundraising Firm. This includes assisting with the scheduling of appointments for senior staff regarding donor meetings, potentially helping with the preparation of fundraising materials, and providing support to the fundraising team as needed. The Desoto, Texas Part-Time Fundraising Scheduling Assistant will also be comfortable working during evening and weekend hours as needed, showcasing excellent organizational and time management skills.

Roles/Duties:

• Support the fundraising efforts of a confidential fundraising firm
• Assist in scheduling appointments for senior staff regarding donor meetings
• Potentially assist with the preparation of fundraising materials
• Provide support to the fundraising team as needed
• Comfortable working during evening and weekend hours as needed

Job Requirements:

Compensation Range:
