Roles/Duties:
- Develop and implement litigation strategies for ERISA-related cases.
 - Handle all phases of employment litigation independently, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
 - Conduct thorough investigations and provide legal research on complex ERISA issues.
 - Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
 - Provide expert legal advice on ERISA-related matters, including compliance and fiduciary duties.
 - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex cases.
 - Effectively manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
 
Job Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
 - Minimum of three years of ERISA litigation experience.
 - Demonstrated high-quality analytical and legal writing skills.
 - Strong oral advocacy skills with a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
 - Passion for employment law, civil rights, and benefits litigation.

Compensation Range:
Estimated salary: $100,000 - $180,000 DOE.
 Additional performance-based bonuses

Schedule:
The Litigation Attorney (ERISA) will be expected to work full-time, remotely, and may include occasional travel as needed for court proceedings and meetings.
