• Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of design and storytelling trends, integrating cutting-edge techniques into campaign strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Submission of a portfolio link demonstrating experience with political campaigns.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative direction, with a specific focus on political campaigns or consulting.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After-Effects, and proficiency in Photoshop and other design tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a history of motivating creatives to achieve their best work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving campaign needs with agility.
• Flexibility for remote or freelance arrangements, depending on the candidate's ability to deliver high-quality work and maintain team connectivity.

Salary Range:

• $80,000 - $95,000 Depending on Experience
