Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire creative process from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within a political or advocacy setting.
• Proven experience in creative direction and storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing your work in political campaigns or related fields
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects, as well as proficiency in Photoshop and other design software
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire creatives
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities
• A political portfolio link is required for candidate submission, including at least one example that demonstrates your creative process from early ideas/thumbnails or image mockups through to the final layout.

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience (DOE) + healthcare, benefits, etc
