Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire creative process from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Stay ahead of trends in design and storytelling techniques to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.
- Manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Ensure a cohesive and strong brand identity across all creative materials.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within a political or advocacy setting.
- Proven experience in creative direction and storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing your work in political campaigns or related fields
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects, as well as proficiency in Photoshop and other design software
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire creatives
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities
- A political portfolio link is required for candidate submission, including at least one example that demonstrates your creative process from early ideas/thumbnails or image mockups through to the final layout.

Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience (DOE) + healthcare, benefits, etc
