Job Requirements:

• Submission of a portfolio link demonstrating experience with political campaigns.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative direction, with a specific focus on political campaigns or consulting.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After-Effects, and proficiency in Photoshop and other design tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a history of motivating creatives to achieve their best work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Salary Range:

• $80,000 - $95,000 Depending on Experience
