Job Description:
✅Republican Jobs is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney. This role involves aggressively pursuing legal actions in courts and agencies, writing legal opinions, briefs, articles, and analyses, and communicating legal activities to supporters and media. The successful candidate will work closely with staff to advance union reform objectives, advise on mission-related legal issues, and cultivate partnerships with like-minded legal entities. Public speaking at Foundation and other events is also a key component of this role.
Roles/Duties:
- Aggressively pursue legal actions in courts and agencies
- Write legal opinions, briefs, articles, and analyses
- Communicate legal activities to supporters and media
- Collaborate with staff to advance union reform objectives
- Advise staff on mission-related legal issues
- Cultivate partnerships with like-minded legal entities
- Public speaking at Foundation and other events
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials and entrepreneurial work ethic
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Licensed to practice law in applicable states
- Ability to express and share the Foundation’s mission
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to take on new challenges
Compensation Range:
$120,000 per year, plus benefits.
Schedule:
The Civil Litigation Attorney will be expected to work full-time and may include occasional travel as needed for court proceedings and meetings.
