✅ A Political Field Organizers Tn is responsible for coordinating and executing political campaigns, with a focus on increasing election turnout through targeted outreach efforts. This includes going door-to-door to mobilize voters and persuade swing voters to support the campaign, organizing and executing campaign rallies, canvasses, and door-to-door canvassing efforts, and developing and implementing targeted outreach strategies to reach specific groups of voters. The Springfield, Tennessee Campaign Field Organizers Tn must work with volunteers and other campaign staff to achieve campaign goals, utilize social networks to increase awareness and engagement with the campaign, analyze polls and data to make informed decisions about campaign strategies, and discriminate information to ensure campaign messaging is tailored to specific audiences. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on political campaigns or in community organizing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be passionate about increasing election turnout and making a difference in their community. Background: Republican Jobs clients are seeking a passionate and motivated Springfield, Tennessee Conservative Field Organizers Tn to join our team. As a Field Organizers Tn, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing outreach efforts to help get out the vote during political campaigns. Must be able to go door-to-door and speak with Republican Voters

Roles/Duties:

• Must be able to go door-to-door and speak with Republican Voters

• Must be able to hit metric goals on a weekly and quarterly basis and work well under pressure.

• Provide daily/weekly reports of voter contact and volunteer recruitment data to the Vice Chair.

• Work with Communications Director, Data Director, and other staff, committee chairs, team leads as appropriate to implement organizational goals across the county.

Job Requirements:

• Campaign is only seeking operatives with door-to-door experience

• Full availability for the last two months before the Election is required.

• Ability to work long and unusual hours (weekends and some nights, especially leading up to the election).

• Detail oriented and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team

• Access to a reliable vehicle. Travel is required.

• Positive attitude and a commitment and passion to the cause of electing candidates..

Compensation: Salary: $3000 per month.

Expected hours: varies.
