Job Description:

The successful candidate will direct and oversee a team of canvassers, ensuring productivity and strict adherence to campaign goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for both new and existing canvassers, overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of canvassing data to inform strategy, and ensuring data integrity by auditing walkbooks. The State Director will manage daily operations and allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing and mentoring a team of 20+ or more organizers or canvassers. Proficiency in cutting walkbooks from various Republican blockwalking apps is essential. Locations for campaigns are determined based on project needs directed by a political consultant.
Roles/Duties:
- Direct and oversee a team of canvassers, ensuring productivity and adherence to campaign goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing canvassers.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of canvassing data.
- Audit walkbooks and check for false data.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and allocate resources efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience managing and mentoring a team of 10 or more organizers or canvassers.
- Proficiency in using Republican blockwalking apps for cutting walkbooks.
- Ability to travel as required for campaigns and manage multiple locations.
- Proficiency with political campaign software and voter database management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive work.
Compensation Range:
Salaries start at $6,000 per month and increase based on experience, plus housing, rental car, and transportation allowances.
Schedule:
The Conservative Campaign Manager will be expected to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday. The schedule may include evening and weekend work, as needed.
