Roles/Duties:
- Manage civil litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial preparation.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide case strategies and advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court and in settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with legal teams and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Proven ability to manage case files, draft legal documents, and litigate cases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with legal research and litigation support software is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Civil litigation case management: 2 - 5 years
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills: 2 - 7 years
- Legal document preparation: 2 - 7 years

Schedule:
