Background: Republican Jobs clients are seeking a passionate and motivated West University Place, Texas Conservative Field Organizer to join our team. As a Field Organizer, you will be going door-to-door to mobilize voters and persuade swing voters to support the campaign, This will involve going door-to-door canvassing and speaking with Republican voters on the phone. The contract position runs through April 2025.

Roles/Duties:

• Go door-to-door to mobilize Republican voters and persuade swing voters to support the campaign
• Develop and implement targeted phone outreach
• Work with volunteers and other campaign staff to achieve campaign goals
• Utilize social networks to increase awareness and engagement with the campaign
• Plan and recruit for weekly volunteer events.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about increasing election turnout and making a difference in their community
• Ability to work long and unusual hours (weekends and some nights, especially leading up to the election).
• Detail oriented and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Positive attitude and a commitment and passion to the cause of electing Republican all across the county.

Compensation: Salary: $20 per hour

Expected hours: varies.
