The Field Director will be responsible for leading a team of field organizers and canvassers, ensuring that campaign goals are met with high productivity and adherence to strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs for team members, overseeing the collection and analysis of canvassing data to shape campaign strategies, and auditing walkbooks to ensure data integrity. The Field Director will also manage daily operations and efficiently allocate resources to ensure optimal campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing and mentoring a team of 5 or more field organizers or canvassers. Proficiency in utilizing various Republican blockwalking apps for campaign management is crucial. The role requires flexibility in location and campaign assignments as determined by campaign needs and directed by political consultants.
Roles/Duties:
- Direct and oversee a team of field organizers and canvassers, ensuring productivity and strict adherence to campaign goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of canvassing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Audit walkbooks and ensure accuracy of data collection.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and allocate resources efficiently across various campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of 5 or more field organizers or canvassers.
- Experience managing teams and analyzing data
- Proficiency in cutting and managing walkbooks using Republican blockwalking apps.
- Ability to travel extensively as required for managing multiple campaign locations.
Compensation Range:
Starting salary of $4,000 per month, with potential increases based on experience, plus housing, rental car, and transportation allowances.

Schedule:
The Field Director is expected to work full-time and must be flexible to travel and possibly relocate based on campaign assignments and strategic needs.
