Job Description:
✅ The Political Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the campaign, including get-out-the-vote efforts, mail-in voting initiatives, super PAC management, eCanvasser coordination, absentee ballot initiatives, campaign finance law compliance, day-to-day campaign office management, voter database management, research, and ensuring smooth election day operations. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, or a related field, and prior experience in political campaigns or related work. Proficiency with political campaign software and voter database management, knowledge of election law and regulations, ✅ familiarity with social media and digital marketing, and experience with direct debit and advance work are preferred. The candidate should have a passion for American democracy and promoting civic engagement.
Roles/Duties:
- Lead a team of campaign managers and staff in executing a comprehensive political campaign strategy.
- Develop and manage get-out-the-vote efforts, including by mail and vote by mail initiatives.
- Work with superPACs to coordinate campaign efforts and fundraising.
- Manage eCanvassers to collect data and build a voter database.
- Coordinate absentee ballot initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with campaign finance law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and digital marketing experts to craft effective messaging and ads.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the campaign office, including field offices and campaign headquarters.
- Conduct research on electoral trends, demographics, and other pertinent data.
- Ensure smooth election day operations, including voter turnout and eligibility.
- Oversee all aspects of a political campaign, from strategy development to implementation and execution
- Manage a team of campaign staff and coordinate with volunteers
- Develop and implement a campaign plan
- Manage the campaign budget and fundraising efforts
- Communicate with media and the public
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to relocate for campaign.
- Prior experience in political campaigns or related work.
- Experience managing political consultants and campaign staff.
- Proficiency with political campaign software and voter database management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive work.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of election law and regulations, including the Referendums Act and rules set by the Electoral Commission.
- Experience with direct debit and advance work is preferred.
- Experience working on presidential campaigns is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
