Senior Litigation Attorney – Conservative Organization – Texas, Washington State or Remote

• Aggressively pursue legal actions in courts and agencies
• Write legal opinions, briefs, articles, and analyses
• Communicate legal activities to supporters and media
• Work with staff to advance union reform objectives
• Advise staff on mission-related legal issues
• Cultivate partnerships with like-minded legal entities
• Public speaking at Foundation and other events
• Requirements:
  • Five or more years of litigation experience
  • Excellent academic credentials and entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Licensed to practice law in applicable states
  • Ability to express and share Foundation’s mission
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
• Salary: $120k + benefits
