We’re seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney to handle various caseloads, collaborate with a team of legal professionals, and make a difference.
As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will manage all aspects of civil cases from inception to resolution. Your work will encompass a range of legal matters, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, property litigation, and other civil issues. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while representing our clients’ best interests both in and out of the courtroom.
Roles/Duties:
- Lead civil litigation cases through all stages, including investigation, discovery, pre-
trial, trial, and settlement. - Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective strategies for each case.
- Represent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- ommunicate with clients to provide case updates, advise on legal options, and
ensure transparency.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive case preparation. - Stay informed about developments in laws and regulations relevant to civil litigation.
Job Requirements:
- uris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Proven track record of managing cases through trial or settlement.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in contract disputes or other forms of litigation.
- Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.

Schedule:
The Civil Litigation Attorney will be expected to work full-time and may include occasional travel as needed for court proceedings and meetings.
