Job Description:

✅ The Field Director is responsible for overseeing the field operations of a political campaign or advocacy organization. This includes managing a team of field organizers and canvassers, setting out campaign areas, and engaging with citizens to promote the campaign’s message or advocacy efforts. The Field Director will also be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to the campaign’s outreach efforts, and for developing strategies to optimize field operations.

Roles/Duties:

  • Manage a team of field organizers and canvassers, setting out campaign areas and objectives
  • Engage with citizens to promote the campaign’s message or advocacy efforts
  • Analyze and manage data related to the campaign’s outreach efforts
  • Develop strategies to optimize field operations and increase voter outreach or advocacy efforts
  • Train and coach field organizers and canvassers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills
  • Work independently and under tight deadlines

Job Requirements:

  • Strong background in political organizing or advocacy
  • Experience managing teams and analyzing data
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

Compensation Range:

$45,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule:

The Field Director will be expected to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday. The schedule may include evening and weekend work, as needed.

Experience Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in political organizing or advocacy is required. Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
