Job Description:
✅ The Political Digital Director is responsible for overseeing the digital strategy of a political campaign or advocacy organization. This includes developing and implementing a plan for online outreach, managing the organization’s website and social media channels, and analyzing online metrics. The Arvin, California Political Digital Director will also be responsible for creating and distributing online content, such as email newsletters and fundraising appeals, and for developing and maintaining relationships with online influencers and advocates.
Roles/Duties:
- Oversee the digital strategy of a political campaign or advocacy organization
- Develop and implement a plan for online outreach
- Manage the organization’s website and social media channels
- Analyze online metrics
- Create and distribute online content, such as email newsletters and fundraising appeals
- Develop and maintain relationships with online influencers and advocates
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content creation and graphic design is a plus
Compensation Range:
$65,000 – $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule:
The Political Digital Director will be expected to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday. The schedule may include evening and weekend work, as needed.
