Job Description:
✅The Political Field Director is responsible for overseeing the field operations of a political campaign or advocacy organization. This includes managing a team of field organizers and canvassers, setting out campaign areas, and engaging with citizens to promote the campaign’s message or advocacy efforts. The Arden-Arcade, California Campaign Field Director will also be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to the campaign’s outreach efforts, and for developing strategies to optimize field operations.
Roles/Duties:
- Manage a team of field organizers and canvassers, setting out campaign areas and objectives
- Engage with citizens to promote the campaign’s message or advocacy efforts
- Analyze and manage data related to the campaign’s outreach efforts
- Develop strategies to optimize field operations and increase voter outreach or advocacy efforts
- Train and coach field organizers and canvassers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills
- Work independently and under tight deadlines
Job Requirements:
- Strong background in political organizing or advocacy
- Experience managing teams and analyzing data
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Compensation Range:
$45,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule:
The Field Director will be expected to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday. The schedule may include evening and weekend work, as needed.

Experience Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in political organizing or advocacy is required. Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
