Job Description:

✅ The Political Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative direction of a political campaign or advocacy organization. This includes developing and implementing a creative vision, overseeing the creation of marketing and campaign materials, and managing a team of designers and creative professionals. The Catalina Foothills, Arizona Campaign Creative Director will also be responsible for collaborating with other campaign or organization staff to ensure that creative materials align with campaign or advocacy goals and messaging.

Roles/Duties:

• Lead the creative direction of a political campaign or advocacy organization
• Develop and implement a creative vision
• Oversee the creation of marketing and campaign materials
• Manage a team of designers and creative professionals
• Collaborate with other campaign or organization staff to ensure that creative materials align with campaign or advocacy goals and messaging

Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with political campaigns or advocacy is a plus

Compensation Range:

$75,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
