Fundraising Assistant Job Description: Top Duties and Qualifications

Job Description:

✅ The Fundraising Assistant is responsible for supporting the fundraising efforts of a political campaign or advocacy organization. This includes assisting with the planning and execution of fundraising events, researching and identifying potential donors, and assisting with the preparation of fundraising materials. The Andalusia, Alabama Campagin Fundraising Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining donor databases and tracking donations, and for providing support to the fundraising team as needed.

  • Research and identify potential donors
  • Assist with the preparation of fundraising materials
  • Maintain donor databases and track donations
  • Provide support to the fundraising team as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with fundraising or event planning is a plus

Compensation Range:

$15 – $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

The Conservative Fundraising Assistant will typically work part-time, with flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends.
